Got two pairs of 18kt gold diamond studs from them, and i absolutely love them. The communication was easy and quick, they respected my requirements, including to share a CAD design then a videos prior to any shipping and only afterwards to send the products. shipping was super quick knowing i'm in switzerland, got my products within 3 days. This ring is stunning! The quality of the diamond and craftsmanship are outstanding, as was the customer service and shipping (it arrived early!). They sent a mock-up drawing of the ring before finalizing and the stone itself is even larger with E clarity.
